Billy Dean Brown, 83, of Bringhurst, died Wednesday January 6, 2016 at Milner Community Healthcare in Rossville. Billy was born to the late Joseph Carl and Gertrude Oyler Brown on April 22, 1932 in Camden.
Billy married Virginia Lee Hughes on January 26, 1954 in Corpus Christi, Texas and she survives.
Billy owned and operated Brownies Body Shop in Bringhurst for over 40 years. He served our county in the US Navy. He graduated from Camden High School in 1950. Billy enjoyed restoring cars.
Surviving with his wife Virginia are two daughters and a son-in-law: Sheree Maloy of Bringhurst and Geneva and Pete Gwin of West Lafayette. Son and daughter-in-law: Carl and Robbynne Brown of Bringhurst. Brother and sister-in-law: Robert and Ann Brown of Flora. Eleven grandchildren and several great-grandchildren.
Private burial will be at Maple Lawn Cemetery Wheeler Family Funeral Home-Baker Chapel Flora is assisting family with arrangements.
