Kionnie Precious Welch, 5, died Monday, November 21, 2016

Born January 10, 2011, in Jefferson City, Missouri

Kionnie was very shy and quiet. She loved watching TV. She was a homebody and loved lying in bed with her mother. She liked cheerleading. She did not like school because she did not want to leave her mother’s side.  The bed happened to be “their spot”. She was “momma’s baby”.

Kionnie leaves to mourn her memories a dedicated and loving mother Gaylin Latrice Rose, Great grandmother, Brenda Hill of Indianapolis, Indiana, Grandfather, Tracy Rose of Flora, Indiana, paternal grandmother, Sarina Welch of San Francisco, California. Keyara has a host of aunties, uncles, cousins and friends that supported and loved her so very much.

Kionnie’s family invite friends to call Tuesday, November 29, 2016 from 4 to 7 PM at Carroll High School gymnasium.  Funeral service will be Wednesday at 10:00 AM at the school.  Rev. John E. Girton Jr. officiating.  Gaylin Rose and family would like to thank the town of Flora for the tremendous outpouring of love during this extremely difficult time.  The family asks that any monetary donations to rebuild Gaylin’s life, be made to:  Lafayette Bank & Trust, 805 E. Dear family, we are so very sorry for this unspeakable tragedy that you have experienced. Almighty God takes notice of even small birds when they fall to the ground and he says that humans are far more valuable. (Matthew 10:28,29) When Jesus was on earth he brought a little girl back to life again. We can see our loved ones again as John 5:28,29 says. May these scriptures give you a measure of comfort and hope. God cares for you. (1 Peter 5:7) He will not forget. (Isaiah 49:15)

I know you probably don’t remember me but, we did cheer together. I miss you all so much and none of you deserved it at all. justice does need to be served. Whoever did this to yall will get a really bad consequence coming for them. Its sad how someone would do such a thing for what?! Its also bad because the team got into a argument about the routine (bad luck). Karma hit hard this time but I’m not giving up on yall PERIOD. Yall will always be remembered, and forever in my prayers. Like I said justice will be served. I just wanted to say that I was grateful enough to be on a team with such beautiful, amazing, active, and most trustworthy and fun girls ever. I hope your having the best time in heaven, keep your head up, cheer your way up to the top, and I love you all dearly. R.I.P. K.K.K.K.
