Barbara L. Draper, 91, of Cutler, received her wings of eternal life Friday, November 1, 2019 at St. Vincent Hospital Kokomo.  Barbara was born to the late Frank and Mina Cook Sheagley on March 1, 1928 in Cutler, IN.   On September 2, 1949 in Cutler Barbara married William B. “Bill” Draper and he preceded her March 28, 2011. Barbara’s working life started in Delphi before she worked at the State Capitol Building in Indianapolis.  Barbara was an active member of all communities she and Bill lived in.  In Dayton, Ohio she was involved with the Girl and Boy Scouts.  Living in Kokomo she was a Precinct Committee person and Republican Party, YWCA, Cheer Guild and Designer Show Home.  In 1998 she and Bill moved back to Cutler and she was active with the Cutler Presbyterian Church, Adams Mill and Wildcat Valley.  Anywhere she lived she was a member of the school PTA. Barbara’s family invite friends to visit Wednesday, November 6, 2019 from 12 noon till time of her service at 3:00 PM at Wheeler Family Funeral Home-Baker Chapel, 204 South Center Street, Flora, IN 46929.  Rev. Leland McReynolds will officiate.  She will be laid to rest at Ball Hill Cemetery, Cutler.  Memorial contributions may be given to Adams Mill, envelopes will available at the funeral home.  For condolences visit Wheeler Family Funeral Home Facebook page.
