Betty J. Kingery of Flora, Indiana, passed away peacefully on September 6, 2018. She was born in Kokomo, Indiana, March 6, 1926 to the late Arthur Miller and Marie Byrd. She was married to Robert W. Kingery, April 26, 1957, who preceded her in death as did and her brother Robert Miller. Betty is survived by sons Robert Kingery Jr. and David Kingery (Cathy), and daughter Teresa Kingery (Greg Reichert), seven grandchildren and eight great grandchildren.
Betty enjoyed the life on the farm and raising a family, as well as working occasionally. Of course she looked forward to those outings to various casinos with friends and family. Miami, Florida, amd Nashville, Tennessee, were favorite places to visit with fond adventures and family memories.
Hours of visitation will be Saturday, September 15, from 5 pm to 7 pm at Wheeler Family Funeral Home – Baker Chapel, 204 S. Center St., Flora, Indiana, 46929. There will not be a service. For online condolences visit www.wheelerfamilyfuneralhome.com or Wheeler Family Funeral Home Facebook page.
