Beverly “Sue” Hartman, 72, of Camden, went home to be with her Lord and Savior Sunday, July 22, 2018 at St. Elizabeth East Hospital Lafayette.
Bev was born to the late George A and Nora Brown Wetzel on May 16, 1946 in Logansport, IN.
On November 27, 1965 Beverly “Sue” married her love of her life, Larry Hartman, in Carroll County, IN and he survives.
Bev worked for Peter’s Remington in Delphi, and Essex Wire in Flora for 20 years. The happiest times of Beverly’s life was with her family. From being raised with 6 brothers and sisters to dating and marring Larry, to raising her 3 children and seeing her grandchildren and great-grandson in their lives. Family was her everything.
Sue is survived by her husband of 52 years, Larry. One daughter and son-in-law: Shelia and Dan Pierson of Monticello. Two son’s and daughter-in-law’s: Scott and Susan Hartman of Delphi and Brian and Missy Hartman of Camden. Three brother’s and a sister-in-law: George Wetzel of Florida, Robert and Anna Wetzel of Young America and Charles Wetzel of Milan IN. Three sister’s and a brother-in-law: Joyce and Bud Lambert of Flora, Linda Snowberger of Flora and Shirley Wetzel of Florida. Eleven grandchildren and one great-grandson. She is preceded by her parents, and an infant son, Terry Dean.
The Family of Beverly “Sue” Hartman invite friends to visit Wednesday, July 25, 2018 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at Wheeler Family Funeral Home-Baker Chapel, 204 South Center Street, Flora, IN 46929. Celebration of “Sue’s” life will be at 11:00 AM Thursday at the funeral home. Ted Lucas will officiate. Burial to follow at Zion Cemetery. Memorial donations may be given to the Carroll County Cancer Society.
