Dennis Lee Burge, 81, of Delphi, entered the Gates of Heaven on December 12, 2025, in West Lafayette. Dennis was born on November 17, 1944, in Logansport, IN to the late Leonard and Buth Arbuckle Burge. Denny was a proud man, loving God, family and life. He served our country in the US Army from 1969 to 1971. Denny was an ASE certified Master Technician in diesel mechanics. Denny also worked at Delphi Limestone Quarry, Bill DeFouw, Watson Construction and owned Denny’s Quality Repair. He enjoyed doing anything mechanically and was a master of all trades. The family says, “there was nothing he could not fix.” Dennis’ first marriage was to Carrie Sue. His second marriage was to Debra Jones, and she preceded him in January of 2025. Denny is survived by children: Brenda Burge, Stacy Ayers, Scott Burge and James Burge. Grandchildren: Keri Toole, Eris Dietz and Talon Dietz. Siblings: Rick (Kay) Burge, Karen (Alan) Rife, Bea (Andy) Glass, Keith Burge, Roger Burge, Tony Burge and Delores Howe. Several nieces and nephews. He is preceded by his parents and wife’s. Dennis was laid to rest at Maple Lawn Cemetery next to his wife, Debra. Dennis was a of faith and loved his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.
