Frances E. Scott Long, 81, of Flora, died Thursday, March 24, 2022, at St. Elizabeth Healthcare in Delphi. Frances was born to the late Kenneth and Lottie Scott on January 22, 1941, in Carroll County, IN. She married Frank Scott and he preceded her in death. Frances was a homemaker and graduated from Flora High School. She has no immediate family surviving. She is survived by a friend and caregiver, Virginia Henderson of Flora. There will be no public service. She will be laid to rest next to her husband at Maple Lawn Cemetery.

March 29, 2022 8:23 am ·R.I.P. Frances. My prayers and thoughts go out to her family and extended family. Frances and Frank were both characters and have fond memories of visiting them in Long Beach, California and also, visiting Frances in Flora for Easter and when she came to Grandma’s for other holidays and family reunions.
