Geneva Jane Brummett, died peacefully at her home in Williamsport on Tuesday, September 13, 2022. Geneva was born on February 20, 1938, in Delphi, IN to the late Forest and Edith (Overholser) Lynch. After attending Delphi High School, Geneva started working at Holloway House in Lafayette. That is where she met her loving husband of 49 years Everett W. Brummett. Geneva and Everett were married in Franklin, IN on June 9, 1973. Geneva would eventually retire from the Pizza King Commissary after 15 years of service.
Geneva’s hobbies included decorating her home for the holidays and changes of the seasons. She had a green thumb and enjoyed caring for her plants inside and outside her home. Geneva gracefully carried the title of Avon Lady, selling cosmetics to friends and the community. Everett and Geneva enjoyed bowling with friends and would eventually join a woman’s bowling league. Geneva recently fell in love with “old tv westerns” and would spend her days in bed switching channels to follow her favorite cowboys.
Geneva is survived by her husband Everett, two children, Steve (Kathy) Lynch of Battleground, and Roxanne (Roy) Myers of Crawfordsville, and two stepchildren, Everett W. Brummett of Ohio, and Denise Saylor of Hope, IN.
Geneva was blessed with 16 grandchildren and 38 greatgrandchildren.
Geneva also leaves behind a very special friend and Sister-in-law Sharon Fox of Williamsport.
Geneva is preceded in death by two sons, Gary Lynch and Roy Farris.

There will be a private memorial at a later date.
