Dear sweet Mary Helen. I was a little neighbor girl in 1945. Mary Helen, Marlene and Charlene, used to come to our house and play. I thought she was so pretty. I am now 86 years old. I wish life was such that we could be friends without losing track of others. I was in 1st grade. We lived just up the road from the Longs on the 26 side of the road. We had rented the house from Omar Bydler. Lots has happened in all those years in between then and now. I have thought of those girls and Dale and Russell, wondering what had become of you. For some reason…..I don’t remember Everett? God bless you in your sorrow and may you find comfort in our God.
