Pamela Sue Forgey, 75, of Camden, was welcomed through Heaven’s gates into the arms of her Lord and Savior on Sunday, July 26, 2026, in Logansport.
Born on October 14, 1950, in Logansport, Indiana, Pam was the daughter of the late Joe and Rosie Catron Sheagley. She married the love of her life, Carl Forgey, and together they built a life centered on faith, family, and farming until his passing on May 14, 2017.
Pam was a devoted farmer’s wife who took great pride in her family and in the life she and Carl created together. Her unwavering faith in Jesus Christ guided every aspect of her life, and she was a faithful member of LifeGate Church in Logansport. She found her greatest joy in her children, grandchildren, and growing family, cherishing every moment spent with them.
She is lovingly remembered by her sons, Doug (Tabitha) Forgey and Jason Forgey, both of Camden; her grandchildren, Rebekah (Austin) Hochstedler, Joseph Forgey, Jordon Reyes, Izaac Reyes, Zay Reyes, and Brenden Reyes; four great-grandchildren; her sister, Lana Boston of Flora; and her brother, Larry Sheagley of LaPorte and twin sister, Pat Flora of Rossville.
In addition to her parents and beloved husband, Carl, Pam was preceded in death by her sister, Marla Compton.
Family and friends are invited to celebrate Pam’s life on Saturday, August 1, 2026, at Wheeler Family Funeral Home – Baker Chapel, 204 S. Center Street, Flora, Indiana 46929. Visitation will be held from 2:00 p.m. until 4:00 p.m., with a Celebration of Life service beginning at 4:00 p.m.
