Paula Ann Marino Pell, 70, of Flora, died suddenly at her home Friday, April 1, 2022.
She was born July 12, 1951, in Gary, Ind., to Victor P. and Josephine Camarata Marino. On April 26, 1986, she married Robert Pell; he preceded her in death on July 31, 2006.
Paula retired from Purdue University in 2007. She also worked at Save-a-Lot in Delphi.
She was a member of the Flora United Methodist Church. She enjoyed crocheting, reading, listening to music and loving her family.
Surviving are a son, Charles F. Shultz Sr. (Chrystal); four grandchildren, Charles F. Shultz Jr. (Abby), Isiah Shultz, Jonah Shultz and Arletta Shultz; two great-grandchildren, Adalyn and Peter; a sister, Diane O’Brien (Dave); a brother, Michael Marino (Jillian); and several nieces and nephews.
She was also preceded in death by her parents.
A celebration of Paula’s life will be held Saturday, April 30, at 1 p.m. at the Flora United Methodist Church. Family will receive friends one hour prior to her service. Officiating will be the Rev. Larry DeVos.
Memorials may be given in Paula’s memory to the Flora United Methodist Church.
